Dr. Cucan Practice Closure

It is with mixed emotions that we write to inform you that we will be closing my practice of family medicine on July 31, 2024. We have decided to pursue an opportunity for our family that we are very excited about.

We are pleased to announce that Dr. Abdullah Turki will be taking over my practice and entire patient roster as of August 1, 2024. Dr. Turki is a caring and competent doctor, and we are confident that you will be in good hands under his care.

We want to clarify that our decision to depart is unrelated to any aspects of FFHC's management or operations. Given the opportunity, we would have been pleased to remain at FFHC indefinitely. It has truly been a clinic that we deeply admire and a place where we’ve found great satisfaction. I take pride in the high-quality service we have provided and in the exceptional individuals who have dedicated themselves to our work.

Your medical records will automatically be transferred to Dr. Turki unless we receive written authorization from you to transfer them to another physician outside of Family First Health Centre. Please note that there are currently no physicians accepting new patients at Family First Health Centre.

We have cherished our time working at FFHC and it has been an honour and a privilege caring for you all over the last 11 years. We will miss our patients, colleagues and friends dearly, as we have truly enjoyed practicing medicine and getting to know each of you. We wish you all the best and a healthy life.
