IMPORTANT NOTICE: Temporary Closure for Electronic Medical Record System Update

Our clinic will be closed temporarily as we upgrade our electronic medical record system. Please take note of the following schedule changes and understand there are fewer appointment spots available this week:

Closure Dates

Thu., May 9th: Closing early at 5:30 pm
Fri., May 10th: Closed all day

Reopening

Sat., May 11th: 8:00 am to 2:00 pm (urgent care walk-in for patients of the clinic)
Mon., May 13th: Regular hours

During this time, we will be unable to book any appointments by telephone or online until regular hours resume on Monday, May 13th. We do anticipate higher call volumes on Monday morning and recommend patients with non-immediate requests defer calling until the afternoon or later in the week when call volumes return to normal.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we strive to improve our services for you. If you have any urgent medical concerns during this period, please don’t hesitate to visit the nearest urgent care center or emergency department.
